Al and Tipper Gore are separating. It looks like the Kingpin of the Global Warming Hoax is going to be living the single life. What does this mean for the world?
I can imagine 2 outcomes.
1. Al Gore starts chasing some young tail… which increases the potential for more mutant offspring of Satan.
2. Al Gore finally comes out of the closet… which means Gore will likely produce a new movie arguing the dire consequences facing this planet due to heterosexuality. I can imagine Keith Overbite jumping on this cause.
Either way, the question remains… If Al gets to keep the Mansion, does Tipper get to keep the internet?
The US department of justice is making preliminary inquiries about Apple’s practices in the music industry. The inquiries are digging into Apple’s alleged anti-trust practices related to their flagship digital music store iTunes.
The New York Times reported Tuesday that investigators were probing whether Apple has tried to persuade music labels to not give rival Amazon.com Inc. exclusive access to soon-to-be released music, an issue that surfaced in March in an article in music-trade magazine Billboard.
It looks like things are starting to catch up to Apple. Hopefully this brings the beginning of the end and little Mom and Pop companies, like Microsoft, can get back to running world.

I came across an interesting article today. The article was about a report comparing the Taliban’s weapon of choice v the US issue M4 Assault Rifle. The report indicates that the Taliban soldiers may be able to outgun the US forces due to the higher caliber bullet shot by an AK-47.
The 7.62mm round in the AK-47 is heavier and larger than the 5.56mm caliber bullet in the M4, and can therefore fly further on average. It is believed that during a long range shoot out, the Terrorists will be have fire superiority. The AK rounds can be shot from a longer range and have a higher killing potential due to their size.
An AP report published over the weekend in Army Times argued that the M4 rifle’s light bullets lack sufficient velocity and killing power in long-range firefights. The report states that the U.S. is considering a switch to weapons that fire a larger round, one largely discarded in the 1960s.
Does anyone know if the US has made a deal with CyberDyne Systems to manufacture the T-800 Model 101 yet?

As everyone is aware, Anthropogenic Global Warming has become the laughing stock of the decade. It is pretty well common knowledge that AGW does NOT exist and has never existed. We can all agree that Al Gore needs to be put in jail for his part in the Global Warming Hoax and moreover his gross profiteering.
It looks like the scientific community is at it again. They have realized that people are tired of listening to Global Warming Propaganda and the truth is finally starting to come out (with the help of some Russian Hackers). The new trend emerging is that the world is about to embark on a period of Global Cooling!!
Contrary to the commonly held scientific conclusion that the Earth is getting warmer, Dr. Don Easterbrook, emeritus professor of geology at Western Washington University and author of more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, has unveiled evidence for his prediction that global cooling is coming soon.
I love a joke as much as the next guy, but this is going too far. When are these people going to wake up and realize they have zero credibility. Everyday they come out with some new trend in an effort to spark a new global hysteria phenomenon.
Personally, I am still trying to prepare for the coming doom of Y2K. I haven’t even caught up to Global Warming and now I have to fear Global Cooling.
I am sticking with Y2K.
The so-called “Prince of Pot” is being extradited to a US federal court from Vancouver, Canada today. Marc Emery, 52, is being transferred from a Vancouver municipal jail today to a federal holding cell in Seattle, Washington. He pleaded guilty to one charge of drug distribution last year and has been sentenced to serve 5 years imprisonment. He is guilty of shipping marijuana seeds from Canada to US citizens.
The US/Canada extradition of Emery dispute has been ongoing for years. Finally a Conservative Cabinet Minister in the Canadian Government decided it was time for Emery to pay for his crimes.
Earlier this month, Justice Minister Rob Nicholson announced his decision to extradite Emery to the U.S., where he is facing a five-year prison term.
Lets all take a moment and give a round of applause to Rob Nicholson. He has stood up for the laws of Canada. It seems the Conservative Government in Canada is doing a great job!! I think everyone can agree that the world will be a better place with Emery behind bars, rather than teaching kids how to use a bong.
I guess the Frito-Lay Corporation will take a hit this quarter in the BC lower mainland with one less stoner at 7-11.
Last Sunday at the Miss USA competition, Miss California, Carrie Prejean, won my heart. Although she did not win the competition she was all over the headlines after the show. She was asked a question by so called celebrity Perez Hilton, who is one of those Hollywood Elites that is famous for doing nothing, and she answered the question with her opinion. Of course, because her opinion did not conform with left wing Hollywood she has been lambasted by elites like Hilton.
She was asked, “Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?”
“Well I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. Um, we live in a land that you can choose same sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and in, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman,” Carrie said to a mix of boos and applause. “No offense to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be between a man and a woman.”
Clearly she answered the question as anyone would and should; by giving her opinion. She feels that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Hilton and other liberal elitists were outraged by her answer. Hilton, who was a judge on the show, said she lost the competition because of her answer.
I think this is a great answer. The thing that these Hollywood elites and gay marriage activists don’t seem to understand is that, not everyone has the same opinion as they do. In fact, the majority of Americans and really everyone in the western world, feel that marriage should be between a man and a woman. However, that is not the issue that I am interested in. What interests me is when these people, force their opinions on everyone. When a contestant at the Miss USA competition loses because she answered with her opinion, you have to wonder how moronic these liberals are. They claim to stand up for an individuals right to free speech, but when that person uses their right of free speech to voice an opinion that does not agree with the liberal agenda it is blown off as uneducated intolerant hate.

The State Legislature in Georgia is on the verge of passing a bill, Bill SB67, that requires the written driving test to be taken in English. Currently the road test is done with English examiners only, but the written portion of the test can be written in up to 19 different languages. The proposed bill will mandate that the test can be offered in English only and no translators or aids will be allowed to be present while writing the test.
ATLANTA — Georgia would require that new drivers take a written license test in English under a bill being considered by state lawmakers, and the proposal has some employers and immigrant advocates worried it would keep people unfamiliar with the language from being able to work.
The measure is the latest in a series of English-only legislation around the country, but Georgia is believed to be the only state that would have a law requiring that drivers take the written test in English without a translator or other aid. Versions of the bill have passed both chambers of the Legislature, and lawmakers are trying to hash out differences before the session ends Friday.
Supporters say it is a public safety measure because drivers need to be able to read English to understand roadside signs and warnings. Opponents argue that the measure unfairly targets immigrants and may violate the 1964 Civil Rights Act. They also say it could discourage foreign companies from making investments in the state and affect local companies who hire foreign workers.
Of course this bill makes sense. People have to be able to read English while they drive. Furthermore, if someone walked into the local DMV and demanded to take the test in the language from Lord of the Rings (I need a super Nerd to reference what that language is called) what do you think would happen. It is not really any different. If you are going to allow a Spanish or Chinese test, where does it end. English is the official language of Georgia and that is the only language they wish to offer the test.
I am sure the left wing loonies are out in full force over this one. FIRM has come out publicly against the bill, it is worth reading their stance. Here is another left wing liberal view.
A California couple recently went on the Dr. Phil television program seeking his doctoral advice. The couple makes a living stealing toys from local department stores and selling the goods online. It seems like a perfect scam, however, the critical mistake they made was going on a nationally televised program and admitting to it. They were urged by family members to go on the show and seek counseling as they are becoming kleptomaniacs. Immediately after the show aired, law enforcement officers stormed their house and seized stolen goods.
SAN MARCOS, Calif. — A couple who went on national television to brag about making $100,000 shoplifting and selling their loot on eBay is under investigation by federal agents.
Matthew and Laura Eaton of San Marcos appeared on the “Dr. Phil” show last fall to share their story, aided by a video of their three small children accompanying them on a three-day shoplifting binge.
Last week the Secret Service and other members of the multi-agency San Diego Regional Fraud Task Force searched their home and seized toys, a car and other belongings.
Dave Hillen, a detective at the San Diego County sheriff’s office, said he investigated the Eatons for shoplifting before their television appearance.
They appeared on the show, telling Dr. Phil McGraw that they made $3,500 in one week from selling stolen toys. Matthew Eaton called the thefts “easy money.”
I think I can admit that I love a good scam but these people are clearly idiots. Why on earth would you go on national television and admit committing a crime. I guess these people are as dumb as a typical criminal. Maybe they should get some advice from Dr Phil on how not to be morons.
I laughed pretty hard when I read this. It seems 3 men convicted of Driving Under the Influence were ordered by the court to attend a consequences of DUI panel. The panel is made up of people who have suffered losses of loved ones as a result of drunk drivers.
The intention is to have the convicts listen to testimonials of the horrors of drinking and driving. However, I think the men made quite a farce of the whole thing when they showed up drunk. Their blood alcohol level was around 0.22 and the legal limit is that damn 0.08 (which we all know has never stopped us before).
Three New Yorkers convicted of alcohol-related driving offenses showed up to their court-mandated panel to hear from DWI victims drunk, police said.
“Occasionally, we’ll have someone show up drunk, but that was offensive,” Larry Waimon, whose father and grandmother were killed by drunken drivers, told the Post-Star. “They’re not ready to listen. The judges should lock them up.”
All three had a blood alcohol content of just under 0.22 percent, Glens Falls Police Sgt. John Winchell told the newspaper. In New York a person is considered legally drunk if their BAC is 0.08 percent.
I am a fan of anyone who makes a farce of anything. I like these guys because they are pretty outrageous. However, I hate criminals. These guys are hilarious and I laugh when I read stories like this, but there is no doubt that they should be locked.
It seems that Australians are hell bent on living the cliche of a dirty criminal lifestyle. Although it seems there is a huge perk to this story.
A 27-year-old Australian man who pimped a 16-year-old girl so he and his girlfriend could afford their apartment, would pay the schoolgirl with chicken nuggets, the Australian Associated Press reported.
Ronald Vikash Gander used the $4,500 the teen made for having sex with five middle-aged men in June of last year to pay the weekly $1,050 rent on his Brisbane apartment, the Brisbane District Court was told.
Gander and his 16-year-old girlfriend would pay the teen with an occasional box of chicken nuggets, the AAP reported.
I don’t know what is worse… the fact she was had to sleep with Australians or that she her self is an Aussie.
Vince Shlomi, aka Vince Offer, aka Sham Wow Guy, was arrested recently while wearing a sicky fur jacket. He was arrested on a felony battery charge following a violent confrontation with a prostitute in his South Beach hotel room.
According to an arrest affidavit, Shlomi met Sasha Harris, 26, at a Miami Beach nightclub on February 7 and subsequently retired with her to his $750 room at the lavish Setai hotel. Shlomi told cops he paid Harris about $1000 in cash after she “propositioned him for straight sex.” Shlomi said that when he kissed Harris, she suddenly “bit his tongue and would not let go.” Shlomi then punched Harris several times until she released his tongue.
The affidavit notes that during the 4 AM fight Harris sustained facial fractures and lacerations all over her face. After freeing his tongue, a bleeding Shlomi ran to the Setai lobby, where security summoned cops. Harris refused to cooperate with officers, who recovered $930 from her purse.
The real question is, why was Vince paying a hooker? It seems to me that this guy should be able to sell this girl into paying him for sex. Why didn’t he make her an offer that lasted for 20 minutes… you know he can’t do it all day. He could have got some live testimonials from other girls and edited them together to make a seamless sales pitch. And if she ordered right now, he could have sweetened the deal by doubling pleasure, assuming of course she was willing to pay the separate shipping and handling.
It seems that Vince has trouble following him everywhere he goes. He is also currently involved in an ongoing feud with other TV Pitchman Billy Mays (Oxy Clean Ass Hole). Billy Mays has publicly called out Vince. Watch the video below. Am I the only person on earth who hates Billy Mays. I cannot go 5 minutes without having him on my TV. Get off TV Billy Mays. Vince spends his time punching prostitutes, while Billy Mays spends his time hocking any product he can get his hands on. Billy needs to take a few lessons from Vince.

Late last night Canadian Auto Workers Union members staged a protest at a Chrysler plant in Windsor Ontario. They have ‘taken over’ the plant and welded the doors shut from the inside. The union workers are angry because two plants in the area shut down last week and claim that workers from those plants are owed money for severance pay, vacation pay, and termination pay totaling $1.7 million.
The plant’s owner, Catalina Precision Products Ltd. has offered the workers four weeks of severance pay or about $200,000 in total for all 80 workers.
The plant builds parts for Chrysler. Since last week, Chrysler has been trying to go in and collect parts and tools it says are its, but the workers are not allowing it. They have been blocking trucks from coming on to the property. Union representatives say the workers fear that if the tools and parts are removed, they will have no negotiating power.
These union people just don’t get it. The plants are shutting down in large part because Chrysler is on the verge of bankruptcy. The only way they can stay afloat is to make drastic changes to their operations, especially their operation expenses. The unbelievably high, unskilled, union wages are the single largest factor leading to the demise of the company. Plainly, the union has such a tight strangle hold on the company with their overpaid members, Chrysler is shutting down plants. I have written about this before and it seems the union is refusing to make any concessions, which will lead to the downfall of the company.
Ultimatley the CAW has to decide to agree to concessions or lose their jobs all together. After watching this whole thing unfold and especially when I see this kind of hostile take over, I am hoping for the latter.
As many of you are aware, the US Senate is a body of legislators comprised of many Gentlemen. Although, not all Senators are excellent humans, many of them are. The Senate is likely the most elite group of people in the world. The amount of power and influence held by Senators gets me pretty fired up.
Once such beauty is Iowa Senator Charles Grassley, the top Republican on the Senate Finance Committee. Recently he made some pretty good comments regarding the current financial crisis, particularly referring to the execs of AIG.
He said.
The first thing that would make me feel a little bit better toward them (is) if they’d follow the Japanese example and come before the American people and take that deep bow and say, I’m sorry, and then either do one of two things: resign or go commit suicide.
And in the case of the Japanese, they usually commit suicide before they make any apology.
Senator Grassley was referring to recent employee bonuses paid out to AIG execs. The company paid out $165 Million in bonuses, some of which were paid to employees in the department responsible for their financial predicament.
I love to see a Senator standing up and telling us how it is. Straight shooting politicians are few and far between and if they are going to be found anywhere, it is in the US Senate. Hopefully he sends a message to President Obama to a similar effect.
