It would be nice to be a Mexican living in Mexico.  I can’t imagine what it would be like to live in a place where the government actually acts in the majority’s best interests.  From the L.A. Times blog:

“Tens of thousands of Central Americans enter Mexico illegally every year, most with the hope of continuing on to the United States.  But many stay in Mexico, at least for a time, where they may be beaten, killed, raped, kidnapped by criminal gangs, put in jail or shaken down by corrupt Mexican officials…

The Amnesty report says that up to 60% of female migrants suffer some form of sexual abuse; migrants are routinely forced to pay bribes; detention centers are woefully overcrowded, and victims are too terrorized to make formal complaints, rendering them “invisible.””

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/laplaza/2010/04/mexicos-treatment-of-immigrants-slammed.html

To summarize:  Mexico dumps its poorest (numbering in the tens of millions) on the United States.  The US government then taxes its citizenry to pay for, among other things:

-K-12 education for children of the illegals.

-Emergency room care (it is against the law to refuse care in the US).

-Processing and imprisonment of illegals who commit crimes.

And President Felipe Calderon comes to the US every year to lecture the US government about “racism” and to demand that they repeal their already unenforced immigration laws.  He does all of this while turning a blind eye to (if not secretly encouraging) the terrible treatment of illegal immigrants on Mexico’s southern border.

Last Sunday at the Miss USA competition, Miss California, Carrie Prejean, won my heart. Although she did not win the competition she was all over the headlines after the show. She was asked a question by so called celebrity Perez Hilton, who is one of those Hollywood Elites that is famous for doing nothing, and she answered the question with her opinion. Of course, because her opinion did not conform with left wing Hollywood she has been lambasted by elites like Hilton.

She was asked, “Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?”

Her answer.

“Well I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. Um, we live in a land that you can choose same sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and in, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman,” Carrie said to a mix of boos and applause. “No offense to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be between a man and a woman.”

Clearly she answered the question as anyone would and should; by giving her opinion. She feels that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Hilton and other liberal elitists were outraged by her answer. Hilton, who was a judge on the show, said she lost the competition because of her answer.

I think this is a great answer. The thing that these Hollywood elites and gay marriage activists don’t seem to understand is that, not everyone has the same opinion as they do. In fact, the majority of Americans and really everyone in the western world, feel that marriage should be between a man and a woman. However, that is not the issue that I am interested in. What interests me is when these people, force their opinions on everyone. When a contestant at the Miss USA competition loses because she answered with her opinion, you have to wonder how moronic these liberals are. They claim to stand up for an individuals right to free speech, but when that person uses their right of free speech to voice an opinion that does not agree with the liberal agenda it is blown off as uneducated intolerant hate.

Good work Miss California. What are your plans this Friday Night?

The inaugural selection for the Mans Inc. book of the month is entitled “Who Really Cares: The Surprising Truth About Compassionate Conservatism” by Arthur C. Brooks.

It is statistically proven that the single biggest indicator of one’s charitable givings is religion. I found it really interesting to read the various statistical breakdowns of altruism in the United States. Before being exposed to this book, I wasn’t sure what the findings would be to such a question, although it would seem that liberalism/socialism would naturally lead people to greater giving. It is simply not the case. Here are a few of the more telling statistics to be garnered from the book:

  • Although liberal families’ incomes average 6 percent higher than those of conservative families, conservative-headed households give, on average, 30 percent more to charity than the average liberal-headed household ($1,600 per year vs. $1,227).
  • Conservatives also donate more time and give more blood.
  • People who reject the idea that “government has a responsibility to reduce income inequality” give an average of four times more than people who accept that proposition.

One of the things that I found really interesting that is so often religious conservatives tend to oppose liberal social justice advocates, and it is quite eye-opening to see who really “practices what they preach.” It is also interesting given that WordPress, the host which is lucky enough to have Mans Inc. on it, is replete with militant atheist blogs, and the statistical reality highlighted by Brooks is a stark reminder to these contributors to tone back their rhetoric and acknowledge the truths regarding how social justice and charitable organizations are supported.

I would recommend this book to any conservative who wishes to gain a more accurate platform to understand the disconnect between liberal philosophy and practice.

I’ll finish with a quote:

While conservatives tend to regard giving as a personal rather than governmental responsibility, some liberals consider private charity a retrograde phenomenon — a poor palliative for an inadequate welfare state, and a distraction from achieving adequacy by force, by increasing taxes. Ralph Nader, running for president in 2000, said: “A society that has more justice is a society that needs less charity.” Brooks, however, warns: “If support for a policy that does not exist … substitutes for private charity, the needy are left worse off than before. It is one of the bitterest ironies of liberal politics today that political opinions are apparently taking the place of help for others.”

” We should just take back all the money that we gave those executives.”

“If the government is bailing out corporations like AIG, why can’t the government simply not pay executives these bonuses that aren’t earned?”

“Obama sucks!” (just to keep these articles harmonious).

The economy has most people dusting off their old pickfork, lighting up that trusty torch, and joining the angry mob.

One of the stories that has received the most attention regards the bonuses that are being paid to executives of corporations now under majority control by the United States Government. Hearing of executives of these companies being paid bonuses during tough economic times, when their companies have performed terribly, using government money that objectively represents debt that will be paid by our children’s children, will cause anyone to get pissed off, and rightfully so. But there is a huge difference between what ought to be and what is.

These bonuses represent contactual obligations that these corporations are bound to pay their employees. The Rule of Law would be severely deteriorated if these bonuses were not paid despite their contractual validity, as counter-intuitive as that sounds. No amount of moralistic reasoning, or meritocratic logic allows this contracts to be dissolved. This would have severe implications for many contractual relationships between employers and employees, and the negatives will far outweigh the positives in the long run.

The Democrat-controlled House and Senate has advanced a plan to retroactively tax these bonuses, which amounts to stealing from these citizens.

These bonuses are gone, and the major media needs to start focusing on the lack of leadership the Democrats are showing in proactively instituting new reforms to ensure that this pattern of incompetence does not continue.

Late last night Canadian Auto Workers Union members staged a protest at a Chrysler plant in Windsor Ontario. They have ‘taken over’ the plant and welded the doors shut from the inside. The union workers are angry because two plants in the area shut down last week and claim that workers from those plants are owed money for severance pay, vacation pay, and termination pay totaling $1.7 million.

The plant’s owner, Catalina Precision Products Ltd. has offered the workers four weeks of severance pay or about $200,000 in total for all 80 workers.

The plant builds parts for Chrysler. Since last week, Chrysler has been trying to go in and collect parts and tools it says are its, but the workers are not allowing it. They have been blocking trucks from coming on to the property. Union representatives say the workers fear that if the tools and parts are removed, they will have no negotiating power.

These union people just don’t get it. The plants are shutting down in large part because Chrysler is on the verge of bankruptcy. The only way they can stay afloat is to make drastic changes to their operations, especially their operation expenses. The unbelievably high, unskilled, union wages are the single largest factor leading to the demise of the company. Plainly, the union has such a tight strangle hold on the company with their overpaid members, Chrysler is shutting down plants. I have written about this before and it seems the union is refusing to make any concessions, which will lead to the downfall of the company.

Ultimatley the CAW has to decide to agree to concessions or lose their jobs all together. After watching this whole thing unfold and especially when I see this kind of hostile take over, I am hoping for the latter.

Today it was announced that Sarah Palin will be giving the key-notes speech at the Republican Senate-House dinner in June. Has the Republican party not learned from their mistake?

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0309/20063.html

In the hey-day of the party, the Republicans were the party of business, innovation, and intelligence. Many in the leadership of the party in the past have had impressive economic expertise, and if there was a candidate offered like this in the last election, it is debatable if Obama would have been able to pull out a victory.

So why continue to promote someone that, in part, cost the Republican party the election in 2008?

I for one strongly hope that the Republican party returns to its roots in business and economics. Upholding conservative social values is also good, but not is that if the only thing you bring to the table, you simply cannot win elections. The Republican Party needs to do some serious adjusting in it’s long term strategy, because, like it or not, having the name “Palin” anywhere near a ticket in 2012 is a sure-fire way to get two terms of a Democrat in the White House.

The GOP can start now by promoting candidates that are business saavy, and proven leaders in the economy. This is the recipe for success for a party that has been decimated in recent history.

This criticism comes from a desire to see the GOP strong again, and they can take a lesson from Harper’s success in Canada, a Prime Minister with a Master degree in Economics, helping to minimize the damage our country has to endure in this tough time.

Let’s hope that the GOP learns their lesson before it is too late!

The End of Global Warming hype that is. A new Gallup poll reveals that 41% of Americans believe the threat of Global Warming is exaggerated by the media. This is the highest level of skepticism ever recorded. It seems that finally the media hype is starting to die down. According to this study:

Concerns about global warming are exaggerated, 41 percent of Americans believe.

That’s the highest amount of skepticism ever recorded by Gallup’s annual Environment Survey, which has been going steadily since 2001.

Fifty-seven percent said the seriousness of climate change as portrayed in the news media was correct or underestimated, a record low.

Only 38 percent of respondents felt that climate change posed “a serious threat” to themselves within their own lifetimes, down from 40 percent in 2008.

My theory to Global Warming is that sooner or later it will be forgotten. It is more likely that the general public will move on to some new trend before any drastic greenhouse emission levels change. If you look through history it is clear that the media and pop culture always find something to over hype. Every Hollywood elitist has jumped on board with ‘Climate Change’ but as with other fads this one has peaked and will be declining over the next few years until the next. Ask yourself this, are sweatshops and child labour any less prevalent today than during the mid-90s? Did Y2K even take place? Is the threat of nuclear attack any less real than it was in the 1950s or 60s? With this in mind is it hard to think that Global Warming will not be another mass media leftist trend that will fade out and be replaced by something else in the next few years. My point has never been to flat out say that Global Warming does not exsist, but rather that it is a liberal media trend based on debatable scientific research that has taken over pop culture.

Hopefully this new study will give Al Gore a heart attack.

Of course there are those who drink the Kool-Aid and think Global Warming is going to destroy the earth.

This is some scary shit. Scientists are now saying that the effects of global warming will be felt until the year 3,000. There is no time to waste bitches — go green now!

Do these people actually think the world is going to end? Throughout history there are so many cases of pop culture thinking the end of the world is coming. Get a grip.

Another great article on Global Warming skewing World affairs can be found at Founders Freedom.

Reports are coming in that the violence in Mexico is reducing the supply of illegal drugs that is coming into Vancouver, making the gangs in the area more desperate for the limited resources available. Clearly the police in the lower mainland are completely useless, which isn’t surprising given that this province is filled with a bunch of hippies and NDP-supporters. What is an upstanding gentleman to do with so many shooting going on?

A lesson in history.

In 1788, Britain had a little crime problem of it’s own, so they decided to ship all of their degenerate criminals to a little place called Australia. Seemed to work out fairly nicely.

Wiki.

Well, Canada doesn’t have to travel far, because we have an island of our own that will do just fine.

Baffin Island: Canadas Largest Prison

Baffin Island: Canada's Largest Prison

In my opinion, we need to take all of the gang members in the lower mainland and ship them up to Baffin Island, no “work camps” or “rehabilitation facilities,” or “food” or “shelter.” Just one or two Earl’s restaurants where these miscreants can spend $400 between three people on a Tuesday at 2:30pm on Monkey’s Lunches and Jack Frosts.

It is time for the citizens of B.C., the ones with balls, to take back their damn country and stop expecting a government that has been run by fucking hippies for the last half century to get anything right in law enforcement. It worked for Britain, and they weren’t even dealing with minorities.

Canada’s World has more info.

Coolio, a 45 year old rapper whose real name is Artis Leon Ivey, was charged with cocaine possession and battery today. While at the Los Angeles airport, the rapper tried to stop a security screener from searching his bag by grabbing her arm. This attempt to evade the security resulted in a full search and cocaine and other drug paraphernalia were found.

Ivey was charged with one felony count of possession, and one misdemeanour count each of battery and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on $10,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment April 3.

A message left for manager Susan Haber was not immediately returned Tuesday. Ivey faces up to three years prison if convicted.

The rapper gained fame for his 1995 single “Gangsta’s Paradise.”

Is it possible to go one day without hearing about some pathetic rapper getting arrested for being an idiot. Given the current state of airport security, do you think it ever crossed his mind that his bags might get searched. Airport security are searching bags for pretty much any reason these days. Hopefully they throw the book at him and he spends the next three years in prison. The downside of course being, he will likely come out with some new street cred and make a new shitty album about his hard times spent in prison… something all middle class teenage white morons can relate to.

It is also worth noting that Coolio is a big supporter of Obama and in fact, wished he could have performed at the inauguration. I wonder if Obama would like to perform at Coolio’s arraignment.

“I’ve been spending most my life living in a Gangsta’s Paradise”… Not anymore.

As most things that piss me off take place in a class room this topic is no different. While listening to my professor lecture about the “social contract” I couldn’t help but notice the woman in front of me so blatantly not taking notes.

Instead, she was ass deep into the popular blog “perezhilton.com’. It got me thinking about what everyone’s infatuation with celebrities is. People like Perez Hilton make a living reporting the latest in celebrity gossip. Perez calls HIMself the “Queen of all media”…spare me!

perezhilton_celebrity-gossip_ballsq21

What is more pathetic than grown men committing their lives to reporting on useless celebrity gossip is the people who read it! Instead of listening to my professor speak about political philosophy, something that will actually be of benefit, this woman would rather learn about some BS cat fight between the Jonas Brothers and 50 Cent.

This Perez Hilton person is contributing to the dumbing down of society. You wonder why we struggle to get even 50 % of the population to actively take part in the election of their leaders. Yet, the second one of these over paid, self righteous, ass hole actors or actresses opens their mouth because KFC kills chickens so we can eat their delightfully crispy original recipe, all hell breaks loose.

If people spent as much time reading the news paper or blogs like mans inc., then maybe society wouldn’t be so retarded! Talk about powerful lobbies, Hollywood is probably one of the most powerful lobbies in North America because of the strangle hold it has on all the morons who care more about Chris Brown beating up Rihanna then they do the shitty job Obama is doing running the free world.

So, on that note, Perez Hilton can BEAT IT!

WHO CARES!! ENOUGH OF YOUR STUPID QUIPS!

WHO CARES!! ENOUGH OF YOUR STUPID QUIPS!

Once again I happened to be attending class when I was overcome by a few ignoramuses who were simply misguided and outright offensive in the comments they were making. The topic of discussion was the Christian Right. Recently the Christian Right has come under fire for their outspoken stance on gay rights, especially gay marriage, abortion and sex education.

The person presenting called them “fascists” because, as he claimed, “their goal is to impose their beliefs on others and force others to conform to their Christian dogma.”

Now, I will be the first to admit that the majority of the Christian Right is evangelical Christians who understand the Bible in a very literal fashion. But, like any religion, there are going to fundamentalists who will take written text to the extreme and begin contradicting their intentions with their actions.

Where I became angered was when these secular progressives in my class began throwing all Christians into a lump sum and condemning their beliefs! That is like saying that every Muslim is extremist and is a terrorist! I was completely and totally offended!

Their biggest problem was the fact that since the 1980s, the Christian Right in the United States has been mobilized and has become quite a powerful lobby in Washington that has slowed down the process of things like gay rights.

I find it pathetic that these liberal freedom fighters are so against the Christian Right because of their lobbying when the liberal democrats have been promoting their “green initiatives” and their ideological bullshit for years. When that fat ass Oprah came out and indorsed Barack Obama for office that wasn’t considered lobbying? Think of all the “empowered housewives” who watch Oprah that more than likely voted for Obama. They are also more than likely alcoholics because they can’t remember the last time their husband looked at them.

The point is, liberals lobby just as much as the Christian Right does. Politics is war and because the Christian Right back their political claims by religious means doesn’t make them evil. For there are millions of Americans who may not be Christian that don’t believe in abortion or gay rights. SO, next time you meet some secular progressive who tries to lecture you on religion, tell them they should eat shit because there is only so much an atheist can learn from a text book!

The United States is about to release details of their plan to give over $900 Million to help the Palestinian authority. The money is being called humanitarian and rebuilding relief and is intended to help Palestine rebuild after the Israeli attacks on Hamas last month. Liberal democrat Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is in the process of scheduling a trip to Isreal where she will meet with Palestinian authorities and hand over the money. Palestinian authorities claim the money will not be going to Hamas; however, is it possible to think some of this money will NOT be in the hands of terrorists?

A U.S. official in the United States said Monday that the Obama administration’s donation will likely top $900 million in humanitarian and rebuilding aid to the Palestinian Authority to help Gaza recover from Israel’s offensive against Hamas last month.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the donation had not received final approval, said the exact amount was still to be determined.

The official added that the aid would not go to Hamas. U.S. officials have no formal contacts with the Islamic militant group Hamas, which runs a separate Palestinian administration in the Gaza Strip.

Here you go America. The great savior. Change. Hope. Terrorism.

Tax dollars at work. This stimulus package is working out really well for those lucky enough to live in Palestine, especially Hamas. This sort of reminds me of the Carter administration sending millions into a little anti-Soviet nation in an effort to gain American support in the region and help rebuild after conflicts with the USSR during the cold war. A little harmless country called Afghanistan. I guess we did have to suffer through the Carter Administration to get the Reagan Administration.

Last night at the Academy Awards, Sean Penn won the award for Best Male Lead Actor for his portrayal of Harvey Milk in the movie Milk. Of course, as would any self serving liberal Hollywood elitist, Penn used the podium for his acceptance speech as a pulpit to lecture all of us unenlightened hicks about the latest trendy injustice.

He, like so many before him, pretended that he was unprepared to take the stage. He “did not expect” to win but of course was touched enough to write down a few names. After the regular onslaught of thank-you’s, Sean had to get back to his contradictory and condescending liberal agenda.

For those who saw the signs of hatred as our cars drove in tonight and I think that it is a good time for those that voted FOR the ban against gay marriage to sit and reflect and anticipate their great shame and the shame in their grandchildren’s eyes if they continue that way of support.

Do you think this ass hole realizes that some people on this earth do not believe the same things he does and that maybe there is a chance that his incredibly condescending attitude makes people sick. I hope that nobody that voted to ban gay marriage feels shame. Penn starred in Fast Times at Ridgemont High in 1982… meaning since he was 22 years old he has not had to worry about anything financially. After last night’s display by Penn and many others I have concluded that South Park got it right. These people are such smug ass holes that all they do is sit around all day smelling their own filth, praising themselves, while preying on the millions of dollars spent by hard working people at the box office to feed their own self service existence.

To that I say, pull the trigger and kill yourself Sean Penn, you Ass Hole!!
